The Cat Paw Growth Hat should have a card slot

The item, Cat Paw Growth Hat (Item ID: 400759), should have a card slot.
 
It is from twRO,
whose original version has a slot.

But it is brought to iRO, the card is lost by mistake.
The card slot should be brought back!
 
t is unfair, and does not make sense, to let the physical version, Cat Paw Potential Hat [1], to have a slot, but the magical version, Cat Paw growth Hat to have no slot. 
 
WP can adjust the Cat Paw Potential Hat [1] from Lv100 to Lv1 since it is a mistake. But why can't WP bring the card slot of Cat Paw growth Hat back since it is also just a mistake?

Originally, twRO also has that problem. Finally, they successfully fix it.

Term 2, They fix the bug of slot of Cat Paw Growth Hat.

 

Also, it has a problem, when the hat is refined to +13 or more, the -15% Variable casting time does not work.

twRO fix it in the annoucement.

As i test, this bug also exists in iRO.

 

iRO should also bring the fix.

Why does it take 9 months to delete a character?

I tried to delete 2 characters from my account but then it says my characters will be deleted in 9 months. 9 months is too freaking long to wait for, i would have expected a week. When did we start giving more and more tolerance to ill-mannered behavior?

It looks like we are not executing our in-game rules (at least not as much) any more.
