Lag and Random Disconnection

Hello,

 

I’m playing from SEA and have been experiencing frequent connection issues.

 

After logging in and selecting a character, I often get a "Failed to connect to the server" error.

The only way to eventually get in is by repeatedly attempting to log in until it works.

 

Even when I do manage to enter the game, I sometimes run into an issue when switching maps—the "Please Wait" message stays on-screen indefinitely, forcing me to close the client and restart it.

 

Additionally, if I leave my character selection screen open for too long, the account gets disconnected with a "Disconnected from the server" message.

 

I’d appreciate any help in resolving these issues. Thank you!

Hey, GM team.   It isn't new that we are still having several issues with every trading performed in the game with items above 1 billion zeny (scams!). bRO (Brasil Ragnarok Online, managed algo by Warp Portal) has the solution for us, it is the 1 Billion zeny sphere:   You can exchange 1,000,000,000 Zeny for a 1 Billion Sphere or vice versa with the NPC "Shibanqueiro". Which can be found at the Lighthalzen bank (lhz_in02 25, 19).   Notes: Only characters level 140 or higher can make the exchange. You can buy or sell only one sphere at a time. Why does it take 9 months to delete a character?

I tried to delete 2 characters from my account but then it says my characters will be deleted in 9 months. 9 months is too freaking long to wait for, i would have expected a week. When did we start giving more and more tolerance to ill-mannered behavior?

It looks like we are not executing our in-game rules (at least not as much) any more. This is a major reason why players are more fed up this time (4th job update) than 17.1 or 17.2 updates, although all of them came with extended maintenance time and a number of bugs.
