Why was Sky Emperor destroyed on the rebalance?

So i just cameback after a 2 month break and found we had a skill rebalance, wich sounded nice, then i read tru it and found that SE was heavily nerfed, Wrath got destroyed, and my favorite skill Star Cannon was also absolutely destroyed, like right now it barely hits enemies and it last for like 2 seconds, doesn't feel like a 'cannon' anymore, and it doesn't make sense to me on why, did i miss something? im guessing skills are balanced around not having custom items like iRO because otherwise i cannot comprehend how we can have things like current EM spamming PW or Biolos and their CC, but a lower damage and higher CD skill like old Star Cannon is too much

Not asking to nerf other classes, but wth, make this make sense

Easy Anticheat Error(new install)

Hello.       When logged in, it showed Error EOS_session_invitefailed.       I tried to   1. 1 Billion Sphere - Improvement for trading

Hey, GM team.   It isn't new that we are still having several issues with every trading performed in the game with items above 1 billion zeny (scams!). bRO (Brasil Ragnarok Online, managed algo by Warp Portal) has the solution for us, it is the 1 Billion zeny sphere:   You can exchange 1,000,000,000 Zeny for a 1 Billion Sphere or vice versa with the NPC "Shibanqueiro". Which can be found at the Lighthalzen bank (lhz_in02 25, 19).   Notes: Only characters level 140 or higher can make the exchange. You can buy or sell only one sphere at a time. A fee of 500,000 Zeny is charged for both selling and buying the sphere. Very Soft Plant

I know that taming items are at or just a little higher than card rates, which is so low that the WP staff have put them in boxes or events just to get some of those pets circulating.   However, I was curious about the Very Soft Plant in particular. I was under the impression that the Leaf Cat eggs and/or tames were exclusively Cash Shop or event items, especially with the latest egg auctioning off for 2bil. However, I submitted a ticket asking if the taming item dropped from Geographers, and the GMs stated that yes, Very Soft Plant DOES indeed drop from Geographers, contradicting some online databases.   On an average, at card rates, how many Geographers would I need to kill to get one to drop?
