Character Transfer Issues
I've been trying a few days to use the character transfer function in Valued Added Service.
And once started it requires a Serial Number which would be sent to my email.
Unfortunately, I've never received any serial number regarding this service.
A friend of mine had the same isssue. My email was a Gmail and his was something else, but neither of us had any luck in receiving this code.
We also tried submitting a ticket, after a few rounds of asking / confirming / repeating account information, GMs told us that there is NO ETA on fixing this issue and suggested us to 'keep trying'.
Okay so you mean we bought WPE and begging you GMs to take $$, but still you can't guarantee anything and we would need to keep trying.
Anyone else has similar experience?
