Unable to login (Failure to connect to the server)

I have been playing as usual the game, suddenly the game crashed and took me back to Login Menu. When I enter my ID & password it says :" Failure to connect to the server". Although I tried to enter wrong password and ID on purpose it shows the same error :"Failure to connect to the server".

 

I tried to change my password in Warpportal website, but in vain, the error persists. 

 

And now since I can't play in Dragon Saga, I'm asking please how can I fix this error?

Why does it take 9 months to delete a character?

I tried to delete 2 characters from my account but then it says my characters will be deleted in 9 months. 9 months is too freaking long to wait for, i would have expected a week. Easy Anticheat Error(new install)

Hello.       When logged in, it showed Error EOS_session_invitefailed.       I tried to   1. Reinstall Ragnarok, and it showed CEasyAntiCheatGameLauncherMgr::CreatInstance() when launching the game.   2. I tried to click Easy AntiCheat in C:\Program Files (x86)\EasyAntiCheat_EOS and C:\Gravity\Ragnarok Online\EasyAntiCheat but nothing happened (it disappeared).   4.
