What set bonus requires Bear's power?

I have a  +9 Temporal STR Boots with Bear's Power upgrade on it. I remember going for this, because some other item wanted me to have Bear's Power for some kind of set bonus, but I completely forget what the item was. Can someone please tell me what item gives added bonus, if you have a Bear's Power item equiped?

 

I need zenny so I'm tempted to sell it, but like I said, I remember going out of my way for this, due to the bonus.

Thanks to the new mechanism of Intimidate/Reproduce so this can happen using Emerald Ring, Dark Ring, End of the World, etc.      i

When did we start giving more and more tolerance to ill-mannered behavior?

It looks like we are not executing our in-game rules (at least not as much) any more. This is a major reason why players are more fed up this time (4th job update) than 17.1 or 17.2 updates, although all of them came with extended maintenance time and a number of bugs.
