Unprofessional GM Responses and Lack of Transparency in Bans

I'd like to bring attention to the ongoing issue with how bans are being handled by the GMs, specifically the lack of transparency and professionalism in communication. Like many other users in the community, my account was recently 'suspended indefinitely' under the vague accusation of “ill-mannered action.”

After providing all the necessary information and waiting six days for a reply, I finally received a response—only to be told they “are unable to disclose the details regarding the ill-mannered action.” Not only does this make it impossible for players to defend themselves, but the message itself is riddled with basic grammatical errors, such as “We are apologize” and “regarding the” being repeated twice in a single paragraph. It's shocking that such a poorly written response comes from a Game Master who is responsible for major decisions affecting players’ accounts.

Below I will share screenshots of both replies from GM Toxious, and as you can see, even though WarpPortal in their facebook's statement said they are conducting a thorough investigation and some accounts will be released should not be proven guilty, GM Toxious has never mentioned there is any current investigation at all. It just seems he's following a script and point-blank refusing to take a look at any information provided.

Most of us are left in the dark, banned without proper evidence or any chance to make our case. This isn’t just about poor grammar—this is about a systemic issue where players are being treated unfairly, with little to no accountability from the staff.

We do not have a real appeal. We just have the illusion of having an appeal.

I would love to get either @IROBeelzebub 's or @CM Poring 's input on this.

I'm just raising awareness in general.
