I've been trying a few days to use the character transfer function in Valued Added Service.   And once started it requires a Serial Number which would be sent to my email.   Unfortunately, I've never received any serial number regarding this service.   A friend of mine had the same isssue. My email was a Gmail and his was something else, but neither of us had any luck in receiving this code.   We also tried submitting a ticket, after a few rounds of asking / confirming / repeating account information, GMs told us that there is NO ETA on fixing this issue and suggested us to 'keep trying'.   Okay so you mean we bought WPE and begging you GMs to take $$, but still you can't guarantee anything and we would need to keep trying.   Anyone else has similar experience?  Index: WarpPortal Forums https://ift.tt/FN5Ezwo

When Warpportal releases  Dark Apostate Shield https://www.divine-pride.net/database/item/460111/dark-apostate-shield-1   There is a combo with  Dark Priest Egg   However, to feed this pet we need  Evil Water  as pet's food https://www.divine-pride.net/database/item/1000552/evil-water   This item should from Pet Merchant, However, till today, it is still missing from the NPC's sales list!!!   Without the pet's food  Evil Water , we cannot feed and raise the pet. Hi, I have a question about baby characters in Ragnarok Do adopted characters retain their skills when they change classes? Can't find this info anywhere From what I understand, they lose their baby appearance and get transcended status, but i'm not sure if their baby exclusive skills are kept or lost Thanks in advance for any help! Guys, I don't know on how to send a ticket nor contact support. But I cant change my password on my main warp portal account as it always says that the ' The information you have provided is incorrect. ' despite the fact that I have changed nothing on it. Do note that I have an account on RO2 and RO1 with the same username. Also the forgot password is supposed to be an almost a one click done deal with the 'human' part being the only one that I need to check. On May 23, after I pay 100 USD by Razer Gold on Warpportal website, the WPE does NOT appear.  I don't get the 10000 WPE from my payment!!   I instantly send a ticket with Ticket Number: 0CA-2FC3CC03-0008,   no one responses.   I sent three follow-ups on May 24, May 25, May 27, Still no one responses.   Come on, WP,  I need a GM to help me get my missing WPE from my payment !!! But I sent a ticket, after an entire one week, no GM shows up in helping me.
