Kachua Refine Ticket Bugged

Alright. Now I'm gonna make a topic on this. Just came to realize, I have a +11 Weapon Refine Ticket and wanted to use it for my Scythe of Ice Flame and the NPC doesn't even realize I have the ticket. Wont continue with the conversation, I have even tried different weapons and none of them trigger the correct chat window to appear. I can only assume as with the last update (oh boy another bug!) it doesn't work anymore. Ontop of this - I know a lot of people have been upset about the +10 --> +11 not being 100% anymore. Luancher issues/patch/log in

So i use to play RO back in the day and trying to play a little again so I downloaded it on steam but run into an issue. It won't give me an option to log in the game. and it actually says "fail to get 2022-09-01 live data 374 374...." I thought this was a steam issue based on some stuff I read but I deleted everything and installed it again directly form the RO website and the issue still there. IS JRO MADO GEAR COMING TOO?

Since we have the JRO sprites now, will we also be getting the new Mado gear sprites as well. They look really cool. I have been trying to post a picture, but it's not letting me. Anyway since the mado gear is still glitchy when it comes to the new JRO sprites I was just wondering if we are getting them as well.I would go back to Mado gear Mech if we got them they are so cool.
